NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Sartell will meet at 6 p.m. or shortly thereafter on July 10, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the making of improvements on Pinecone Road North from 15th Street North to 35th Street North including street, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, street lighting, pedestrian facilities and appurtenant items pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. Assessments will be levied against parcels abutting the proposed improvements. The estimated cost of the improvement is $6,100,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Sartell City Council will hold public hearings in the council chambers of the Sartell City Hall at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, the 12th day of June 2017, to consider the rezoning and preliminary plat of Heritage 70. The request is to rezone the property from Agricultural to R5 Planned Unit Development to facilitate a mix of uses including low- and medium-density residential. Both public hearings have been requested by Polar Land Co., as owner and applicant. The site area is located just north and east of Heritage Drive.
