NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Sartell City Council will hold public hearings in the council chambers of the Sartell City Hall at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, Dec. 12, 2016 to consider the preliminary plat of Daybreak North and the vacation of certain rights of way and easements. Both public hearings have been requested by Daybreak LLC., as owner and applicant. The site area is located just west of 19th Avenue S., north of Daybreak and formally known as Sandstone Village.

ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

The St. Joseph Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 in the St. Joseph City Hall, 25 College Ave. N. for the purpose of amending Ordinance 520, Zoning Ordinance, Section 520.04 Rules and Definitions, and Section 520.50 B-1: Central Business District. The purpose of the proposed changes is to review and consider changes to add Bed and Breakfast as a Permitted Use within the B-1 Central Business District and to change the definition of a Bed and Breakfast to be non-owner occupied.
